About 10 minutes for the Roast Master conversation. 24–48 hours for video production. Each edit round adds approximately one day.

Can I make multiple roast videos for one party?

Yes. Each video needs its own order — one Director, one recipient, one video. A 90-second roast for the main moment and a 60-second roast for additional bits is a common combination.

What if the recipient sees the roast video before the party?

Toastlee delivers the video only to you. We never contact the recipient. You decide when and how the video is revealed.

Does my face appear in the Toastlee roast video?

No. Your name appears on the end card as Director. The roast's characters are AI-generated.

What if the recipient doesn't find the roast funny?

Roast recipients generally laugh hardest at material from people who clearly know them well. A hard-no field at checkout lets you flag anything that would genuinely hurt. The Roast Master respects those limits.

What languages does Toastlee support?

Toastlee currently supports English for customers in the US, UK, Australia, and Canada. Additional markets and languages are rolling out through 2026.
